This build was a little different as there This project had several challenges. Initially we began this project just before the first lockdown due to the pandemic. We had to re-evaluate the project to ensure we could still meet the tight deadlines whilst still looking after the health and safety of our employees and all of the other trades onsite. We did this by creating and following a strict Covid plan that included keeping the same team onsite and not crossing over to other job sites, limiting to how many employees were able to enter the site. This project also required an electric car charger per unit (nine in total), however this raised the issue of power consumption allowances for the building. Coordinating other trades on site to compromise on appliances and working directly with the power authority we were able to find a solution that did not require the client to incur any extra charges.
